ABOUT OUR PROGRAM
“Sometimes all it takes is one voice”
SAMHOP is a state-wide advocacy program for people affected by mental illness and/or substance abuse.
Our Mission?
To improve the quality of life for persons in need of substance abuse and/or mental health services throughout Wyoming.
How else can we help?
The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Ombudsman Program can help identify trends and gaps in Wyoming mental health and substance abuse programming or treatment. Once these trends and/or gaps are identified, we will share the findings with The Division of Mental Health and Substance Abuse, and other stakeholders, so that gaps in services can be formally identified and addressed.
This program serves the entire state of Wyoming. This program is FREE.
